Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below are the cancellation conditions for reservations at La Huertona.

1. Cancellations by the Guest

• Cancellation more than 14 days in advance: If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the check-in date, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
• Cancellation less than 14 days in advance: Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable, and 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

2. Cancellations by La Huertona

• Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event that La Huertona must cancel your reservation due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, unforeseen property damage, etc.), we will refund the full amount paid. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

3. Reservation Modifications

• Date Change Requests: If you need to modify your reservation dates, we will do our best to accommodate your request, provided availability. Date changes are subject to the original cancellation policy, and changes requested less than 14 days in advance may not be possible.
• Shortening the Stay: If you decide to shorten your stay after arrival, no refund will be given for unused nights.

Please be sure to include your reservation number and reason for cancellation in your request.

5. No Show

If you do not show up at the accommodation on the check-in date and have not previously canceled your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the total stay amount, and the reservation will be considered canceled.

6. Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used to make the reservation. Depending on the payment method and your bank, refunds may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account.
