These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the services offered by La Huertona. By accessing and using our site, you agree to comply with these terms in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we recommend that you do not use our website.
1. General
Access to and use of the La Huertona website is subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the site.
2. Reservations
- Reservation Confirmation: All reservations made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by La Huertona. You will receive an email confirmation once your reservation has been processed.
- Payment Policy: To confirm the reservation, full or partial payment (as specified) of the total stay amount is required. We accept payments by credit card, Bizum, and bank transfer.
- Damage Deposit: A €200 damage deposit will be requested, which will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by the Guest: Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by La Huertona: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such cases, the full amount paid by the guest will be refunded.
4. Use of the Accommodation
- Number of Guests: The number of guests staying at La Huertona must not exceed the maximum number specified in the reservation. If over-occupancy is detected, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
- Guest Behavior: Guests must behave respectfully toward the property and surroundings. Parties or events that may disturb neighbors are not allowed. La Huertona reserves the right to expel guests who do not comply with these rules.
- Pets: Pets are welcome upon prior request and are subject to an additional fee of €40 per stay. If more than one pet will be staying, please consult us at this email: hola@lahuertonacasarural.com
5. Guest Responsibility
The guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay. Costs of any repair or replacement will be deducted from the damage deposit or, if the deposit does not cover the total cost, an additional payment will be requested.
6. Limitation of Liability
La Huertona shall not be liable for:
- Any loss, damage, or personal injury occurring during the stay at the property, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by La Huertona.
- Loss of guest’s personal property. Guests are advised to insure their personal belongings.
- Reservation cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the La Huertona website, including text, images, logos, and design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Copying, reproducing, or using any part of the content without prior written consent from La Huertona is not allowed.
8. Privacy Policy
The use of personal information provided by users is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you agree to the use of your data in accordance with this policy.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
La Huertona reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published on the website. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
